Sounds like it makes bucks. It is also rumored (is this true) that if you have poor traffic...you lose money. It sounds...er....medium-ish. I would use it...but...it seems to good to be true.

I think it's just like anything if your gonna do it learn it well and practice until you get it right. Just like AdWords it is probably necessary to do good keyword research and site optimization so that you will get the best conversion for your clicks.
