Default Which is the best HTML editor? - 06-02-2009, 01:32 AM

Here i want to know about different HTML editors.Which is the best one as per your experience?I think Macro media Dream weaver is very good. It supports HTML coding and plenty more. There is also many extended versions of Notepad for HTML which are good as well.It enables easy and quick editing by using this. In addition, you can click a related file to see both its source in Code view and the parent page in Design view.Share your opinion also.

HTML editors are easy to use. Designers can create beautiful pages with WYSIWYG HTML Editors. The biggest advantage that these editors have is that you don't need to know HTML to put up a Web page.'Text editors' provide a lot of control and speed for Web Developers. A Developer who understands HTML can often edit Web pages much more quickly using a text editor than another developer can using WYSIWYG. Of course Dreamweaver..That is the best for all its user-friendly features and its efficiency. The features of it like Adobe Creative Suite integration,Site-specific code hinting,Extended Dreamweaver community, cms support,Adobe Business Catalyst Integration and so on make that more effective.

welll...I am using Notepad..But there are too many editors available.
I think Notepad++ supports highlighting for a lot of languages if you're doing some small amounts of editing.

I use EditPad Lite. Notepad + + is also a good option. I do not like editors like Dreamweaver, which have always been a sort of code, I do not want the site. I like being able to control all the HTML that goes into a site and Dreamweaver / FrontPage does not allow me to do.

HTML coding is very easy but then also people like to use HTML editors so that they can make perfect web page or program. I like to use Dreamweaver but only for sometimes.
