Smiley I have 3+ years Photoshop experience I would not suggest anything else.
Smiley also if you wanted to learn Photoshop I could help you with that but my time does not come easy. I'm usually pretty busy, but if you would like to purchase someone my time you know I could teach you no problem, although if you want to learn with out purchasing my time I will still do it but the help for it will be limited. Only when I'm able to help you out.

I just ask my friends. One of them isnt doing anything els than designing.

I need to learn Flash and CSS file. I want to create CSS file. I know Photoshop, Pagemaker, Coreldrow and HTML also.

Not a problem at lest if they can't help you know where to come to. I know a lot in photoshop I'm at the point where I can do vector art in photoshop.

GIMP is great for free, however if you have the money buy photoshop cs3.

In my opinion Adobe's Fireworks CS4 is the best web design software.Fireworks is a specialized tool for web designers. There are lot of software for designing area but as per my experience i prefer adobe photoshop software. Through adobe photoshop we can create easily and better design layout.
