Default Best freeware designer software - 01-08-2009, 12:41 AM

There are a lot of designer software out now.Now it is easy to edit images in our own desired manner.Picasa 2.7 is one of the best software available now. This software automatically organize all pictures in to albums by date. The program works with JPEG, GIF, BMP, PSD, and movie files and is compatible with most digital cameras.Editing tools include cropping, removal of red-eye, and enhancing–even switching from color to black and white. These tools help us to give more effects to image. This software also allows to share pictures within a seconds of time.Which one is the best from your experience.?Thanks for the time.

Default GIMP also offers a good work - 02-06-2009, 04:31 AM

Picasa is the best designer software used for editing, storing our pictures. So off course it is my best design software program. But some of the latest released one like GIMP also serves better in editing and storing pictures. GIMP is the acronym of GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is one of the freely distributed program that helps us to photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. The main part of GIMP is that its compatible to every operating systems and available in many languages.

Thanks for the information.I tried GIMP .It s a freely distributed piece of software suitable for photo sharing, image composition etc.I tried the version 2.2.8.Gimp shop is a modification of the free/open source GNU Image Manipulation Program intended to replicate the feel of Adobe Photo shop. Its primary purpose is to make users of Photo shop feel comfortable using GIMP.But i think Picasa is the more good good than this. Thanks again for the reply.

An excellent collection of Freeware designer software are available now.Now I am using Terragen software.I used Picasa,GIMP etc. Both of them are good. But Terragen is the suitable one for me. It is used o generate scenarios, created with the goal of generating photo realistic landscape images and animations. It is available for Windows and the Mac OS.It is free for personal, noncommercial use.It is a continually evolving work in progress, it is already capable of near photo realistic results for professional landscape visualization, special effects, art and recreation. It is very helpful.

From the available designer freeware software it is difficult to choose the desired one. From my experience i think that Paint.net is a good software. It is a free image editing and photo manipulating software. It designed to be used on computers that run windows. It features an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools. In my opinion it is the best one available now. Thanks for the topic.

Default ImageDiff is the best one - 03-26-2009, 02:08 AM

I had tried several freeware software.I also find them quite useful when friends & family or clients or any non graphically skilled person ask to do minor/boring tasks.I personally prefer ImageDiff. It is a pixel by pixel image comparison tool.It allows to compare the images pixels by pixels and side by side.It compares compare images of different formats, including JPG, GIF, BMP, and TIF, PNG and compare images of different proportions and imageDiff will scale and calculate the difference automatically.

Maybe you can use Picasa. Picasa is a free software download from Google that helps you to locate and organise all the photos on your computer, edit and add effects to your photos with a few simple clicks, share your photos with others through email, prints and on the web.

yes friends, all of you are true.I also prefer "GIMPshop 2.2.8"
The GIMP or just GIMP as it is sometimes called, is a powerful graphics editor that was first made for use on Linux systems.I like that because of all the latest and cool features for graphics and user friendly components.
