However, you can either earn points, or buy points and then purchase the .com link. They are still in the beta stage, so the every now and then have problems. (the most often problem is that they forget to change you FTP IP when they move your site files.)

Well forget to change the FTP IP when they move site.... Sounds like you have to get a hold of support a lot. That's not me I like thinks to run smooth.

Same here, but they are working on becoming an independent host. Right now they are down to only a couple of server hosted from other sites.
