I've seen some websites are giving away $50 AdWords vouchers/coupons (for new adwords accounts only). Do you know how this is possible?

How is possible that some webmasters gives you this if you buy their product.

For example there's one man selling a $35 product and gives away the voucher.

How can I give vouchers away on my website (that by the way is webmaster-oriented)?

You can give away vouchers on your site, but you need to mention the rules associated with the vouchers.

or if you are a adword user you might get some promotion offers which you can offer to other's.
