I would like to know which one you seems more effective? On-page is the simplest of these two aspects of search engine optimization. It relates to the elements on the web page itself.Off page relates to the links from other sites coming into the web page in question.Increasingly, you need both on-page and off-page optimization. What is your opinion about this?Which is more effective?

Thanks for the information.I think that if any of them want to achieve success with SEO,it is important that they have successfully balanced their efforts with on-page and off-page SEO.On-page optimization techniques include content writing/optimization, the title-tag, several meta tags, headlines & text decoration, alt- and title-attributes and site maps.An off-page SEO will be able to employ their own resources to control how search engines view your website and thereby control your ranking. Is it?
